      Meditation changes the brain! Neuroscientist Sara Lazar discovered through her research that meditation changes how the brain works. She talks about the differences seen through MRI scans after a period of time meditating.

      This is an encouraging article by RUTH BUCZYNSKI, PHD relaying some of the positive research results relating to reduced anxiety for a study group practicing daily mindfulness. It’s written for practitioners but really relevant and accessible for anyone interested in the subject I reckon.
