Hi Genevieve, um sorry not sure where in the site I can reply to your message about Gauri (did you mean Kauri?) as there was no ‘reply’ box below it in the new activity stream. If you meant Kauri then yes – small world alright, she’s lovely and we lived on the same little beach for a couple of years in Gisborne. As for accessing the material so far i have only accessed the first two video’s and the bliss meditation but Tabitha mentioned a 3rd video in one of the daily reflection streams… is there more material I should be accessing? I found the first two really helpful in changing the language in my head, I think I will watch them again. Tonight I had my first success in asking my son to try to go to sleep without me lying next to him (instead of trying to ‘make’ him do it, I thought more about how I could help him and the connections he needed to be secure enough after co-sleeping for 5 years, and how I could meet all his needs…in the end he needed to be back in my bed, but after an initial cuddle and then asking me to stay, which I did, he then said..actually you can go and do some work if you like I can try on my own) it has been our 3rd attempt and tonight he was ok about it! YAY!!
