Working through the PP Step by Step eCourse and the Diffusing Aggression courses on Genevieve’s website has been amazing for my family!  Genevieve has so much empathy for how hard parenting is, which just makes me feel so validated.  As well as gaining so many gems in diffusing difficult situations with my girl, I’ve also gained so much reassurance and reinforcement of what I’m already doing well.  I love how Genevieve puts so much focus on how normal it is that it’s still so hard.  I love all the examples of what to say!  I’ve printed out her summary sheets and got them taped up all over my bedroom!  I’m so committed to keep working through all these courses and then going back and starting at the beginning because every unit just helps me feel more empowered!  Thank you Genevieve for these amazing courses, they’ve changed my family for the better!
