<p>I work full time on Weekdays, but i think what you have said made sense. I might have tension/unresolved feeling that builts up over the week that only has time to unravel on weekends. That could be why I find it difficult to connect with my children properly because I would at the same time &#8220;unconsciously&#8221; be unwinding. </p>
