      I’m all motivated to start meditating regularly and I just listened to the teleseminar “Developing a regular meditation/ focused relaxation practice”. Great advice.

      That’s fantastic Gina. I’m putting this free online resource link here. It’s for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course I’ve attended twice now…this resource even includes the mindfulness/meditation exercises in the left hand column.
      (‘mindfulness’ is a term used in this course mainly, I think, for people who have negative reactions to the term, ‘meditation’! 🙂 )
