Hi, I know I carry a lot of baggage and am working as hard as I can to unpick and work on it. I’m struggling though with keeping things together with my hubby. He’s wonderful and I’m not and I can’t get past my triggers, I can’t get to the bottom of them and we end up in silence, co-parenting with smiles but no connection. He works long hours and we live at work so that façade is key, but not healthy.
I’m so hurt by things that are said and can’t express why, he feels he can’t say his opinion because I always react.
Anybody been here? could direct me to some more reading? I’m not keen to share the ins and outs as it ends up ‘he said- I said’ and feels uncomfortable sorry
      With thanks in anticipation xx
