Cardiologist Dr Thomas Levy talks about the connections between root canals and heart attacks and heart health. Watching this video I found myself being both relieved that I had my root canal removed about 15 years ago. We’re lucky that our GP is an integrative doctor, he specializes in heavy metal detoxification and helping cancer patients. If you or your child have a root canal or are considering getting one, this is definitely worth watching.

When my second child was a baby, a friend gave me an article about the dangers of root canals, which really alarmed me because I had one! So I talked to Dr Wojak my doctor and he drew a little diagram explaining the risks associated with any infection that the body can’t deal with, which usually is associated with the tooth decay in the first place, because, I think, but please don’t quote me because I’m neither a doctor or a dentist! – the nerve has been killed so the body’s communication system of “hey immune system come sort this out” is broken down.
